6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

To return an item:

• Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 10 days of receipt by emailing info@PrimesoftTradingLLC.com.

• Returns without an RMA will not be processed.

Restocking Fees:

• New, Sealed Box: 20%

• Opened with All Accessories: 30%

• Opened & Incomplete: 50%

• Used/Unwanted: Up to 80%

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Taxes will be refunded where applicable.
