Refund and Returns Policy

At PrimesoftTradingLLC, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return, replacement, and refund policy carefully before initiating a return.


📦 Return for Replacement or Refund

Products may be returned for replacement or refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, items may only be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable.

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Manufacturer warranties vary by product.

  • Certain products are non-returnable once opened.

  • Sealed retail-boxed items are non-returnable once the seal is broken.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following products are non-returnable under any circumstances:

  • Software: By opening the packaging or breaking the seal, you agree to the included license agreement.

  • Licenses, Digital Goods & Services: Including non-physical items like service contracts, software keys, and downloadable content.


🚚 Shipping & Replacements

  • Replacements are shipped via standard ground service by default. If expedited shipping is requested, additional charges apply and are non-refundable.

  • Damaged products are not returnable. If an item arrives damaged, contact the shipping carrier immediately (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS).


📦 Damaged Products in Transit

If your package appears damaged upon delivery:

  • Refuse the shipment if the damage is visible.

  • If damage is discovered after opening:

    1. Contact the carrier immediately for inspection.

    2. Notify PrimesoftTradingLLC so we can file a claim on your behalf.

📌 Report any damage within 2 business days of delivery. Failing to do so may void your eligibility for a damage claim.


⚠️ Defective or DOA (Dead on Arrival) Products

If you receive a defective or DOA item:

  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

  • However, if the returned product is found to be fully functional after inspection, a 50% restocking fee will apply.

✔️ Only return the items originally shipped to you. For security and fraud prevention, all items are scanned and video-recorded before dispatch.


🔁 Return Authorization (RMA Process)

To return a product:

  1. Contact our Returns Department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted or processed.

  3. Products must be received within 10 days of issuing the RMA, or the RMA will be voided.

🚚 Shipping & Tax Refunds

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
