Compatible with Cisco Unified Wireless Network Software Release 8.2.111.0 or newer and Cisco IOS® XE Software Release 16.3, this access point supports a range of wireless LAN controllers including the Cisco 2500 Series and Flex 7500 Series.
For 802.11n capabilities, it offers 4×4 MIMO with three spatial streams and supports both 20 and 40 MHz channels, achieving PHY data rates up to 450 Mbps. In terms of 802.11ac Wave 1 and Wave 2 capabilities, it also supports MIMO technology and beamforming, with maximum PHY data rates reaching 5.2 Gbps.
