Multi-rate 100G CFP4 Optical Transceiver
This hot-pluggable CFP4 transceiver module supports aggregate bit rates of 103.1Gb/s and 112Gb/s for 100 Gigabit Ethernet applications. It operates with a power dissipation of less than 4W and is designed for a commercial temperature range of 0°C to 70°C. The module requires a single 3.3V power supply and can achieve a maximum link length of 100 meters on OM4 Multimode Fiber (MMF). It features a 4x28Gb/s VCSEL-based transmitter along with a 4x28G electrical interface, and utilizes a single MPO12 receptacle for connectivity. Additionally, it includes an MDIO management interface for easy monitoring and management.
