This advanced transceiver module operates bi-directional data links at speeds of up to 8.5 Gb/s, specifically designed for 10 Gigabit Ethernet applications. It features a hot-pluggable SFP+ footprint for easy installation and replacement. The built-in digital diagnostic capabilities allow for real-time monitoring of performance. Utilizing an 850nm Oxide VCSEL laser transmitter, it connects via an LC Duplex connector. It supports distances of 50m on 50/125μm MMF and up to 150m on high-bandwidth 50/125μm (OM3) MMF. The robust metal enclosure minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMI), while the module operates on a single 3.3V power supply with a power dissipation of less than 0.5W.
