This SFP+ transceiver supports bi-directional data links at speeds of up to 28.05 Gb/s, making it suitable for 25 Gigabit Ethernet applications. It features a hot-pluggable SFP Plus footprint and is equipped with built-in digital diagnostics for enhanced monitoring. The design includes a built-in CDR with shut-off control and utilizes an 850nm oxide VCSEL laser transmitter. Connectivity is facilitated through an LC Duplex connector, allowing for various distances: 35m on 50/125µm MMF, 100m over M5F MMF (50/125 um OM4), and 70m over M5E MMF (50/125um OM3). The transceiver’s metal enclosure minimizes EMI, and it operates on a single 3.3V power supply.
