This transceiver supports data rates ranging from 9.95Gb/s to 11.32Gb/s for 10 Gigabit Ethernet applications. It features a 100GHz channel spacing within the ITU C-band and utilizes a hot-pluggable XFP footprint for easy integration. The device employs a temperature-stabilized 1550nm EML transmitter and accommodates a range of dispersion from -300ps/nm to +800ps/nm. It operates with both 3.3V and 5V power supplies, requiring a LC Duplex connector. The power dissipation is kept below 3.5W, and it includes built-in digital diagnostic functions for enhanced monitoring.
