The FWLF1634RL34 is a hot-pluggable SFP transceiver module that supports bi-directional data transmission at speeds of up to 4.25 Gb/s for Fast Ethernet. It operates on a C-Band DWDM 100GHz ITU Fixed Channel, making it suitable for amplified DWDM networks and ring topologies with both fixed and reconfigurable OADMs.
This transceiver utilizes a low dispersion DFB laser, achieving a remarkable reach of up to 80 kilometers. Enhanced performance is provided by APD receiver technology, which extends the link budget. The wavelength is precisely controlled within ± 0.1 nm across varying temperatures and over the product’s lifespan.
