The Ubiquiti UniFi is a tri-band Wi-Fi 6E access point designed to deliver high-capacity wireless connectivity in high-density environments. It operates across the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz bands and provides 10 spatial streams for efficient simultaneous connectivity across multiple client devices.
The supports up to 4.8 Gbps maximum data rate on both the 5 GHz and 6 GHz bands, while the 2.4 GHz radio supports up to 573.5 Mbps. Its 4×4 MU-MIMO configuration on 5 GHz and 6 GHz and 2×2 MU-MIMO on 2.4 GHz help improve wireless performance in environments with many connected devices.
For wired networking, the features a 2.5GbE RJ45 port, providing a higher-capacity uplink than standard Gigabit Ethernet. The access point uses PoE+ for power and has a maximum power consumption of approximately 22W. A compatible UniFi PoE switch or optional PoE adapter can be used for deployment.
The U6 Enterprise is designed to support 600+ clients and offers approximately 140 m² (1,500 ft²) of coverage, depending on the deployment environment, building materials, interference, and configuration. It supports ceiling or wall mounting and includes a mounting solution.
